APP User Agreement

Welcome to the use of Mega 4G Trail Camera(hereinafter referred to as "Mega 4G Trail Camera"). Please read the following terms carefully to ensure you understand and agree to all the contents of this agreement. If you do not agree with any terms of this agreement, please stop using Mega 4G Trail Camera. Once you use Mega 4G Trail Camera, it will be deemed that you have understood and fully agreed to all the terms of this agreement.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By downloading, installing, and using Mega 4G Trail Camera, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. The modified terms will replace the original terms once published. The Company will inform users of the modifications through appropriate means.

2. Permissions

Mega 4G Trail Camera requires access to your phone's SMS functionality to send SMS messages that change the parameters of our hunting cameras. You understand and agree that in order to fully utilize the functions of Mega 4G Trail Camera, you need to authorize Mega 4G Trail Camera to access your SMS functionality.

3. Use of SMS Functionality

You authorize Mega 4G Trail Camera to use the SMS functionality under the following circumstances:

To send commands to the hunting camera to change its parameters.

To receive and process feedback messages from the hunting camera.

4. Privacy Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Mega 4G Trail Camera will only access your SMS functionality when necessary and will not collect, store, or disclose your SMS content to any third party. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. User Responsibilities

When using Mega 4G Trail Camera, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use Mega 4G Trail Camera for any illegal activities. If you violate this agreement or relevant laws and regulations, we have the right to terminate your usage rights and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

Mega 4G Trail Camera and all its content (including but not limited to software, interface design, text, images, audio, video, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in Mega 4G Trail Camera are owned by the Company. Without the written permission of the Company, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of Mega 4G Trail Camera.

7. Disclaimer

Mega 4G Trail Camera is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that the functions of Mega 4G Trail Camera will meet your requirements, nor does it guarantee that the use of Mega 4G Trail Camera will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use Mega 4G Trail Camera, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

Either you or the Company may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must stop using Mega 4G Trail Camera and delete all related files.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the court located in the Company's jurisdiction for litigation.
